Soggidog

Karratha Soggidog began in Karratha in October 2004 as a home
based business and went mobile early in 2005. It quickly grew from
one mobile day per week to the current four days per week.

Libby first became a Hydrobath Operator in 1993 whilst studying
Biotechnology at Murdoch University. For two years she worked
part time for Happy Pets - the first and original mobile dog
washing service in Perth. Her love for animals and the outdoors
meant that it was a perfect break from the books. Having a regular
run on a Saturday in the Rossmoyne area, she quickly built up a
very busy day of regular clientelle who were very sad to see her
leave in 1995 to persue her career in science.

After 8 years working as an embryologist in a leading IVF clinic in
Perth, Libby packed up her two young children to follow love and
headed for the red dirt and country life in Karratha. Here she
discovered that continuing in the science field in Pilbara meant
working long hours and often shift work which meant time away from
the kids. So she thought........ hmmmm what can I do so I can work
school hours and be home for my kids everyday?..... Well I know how to
wash dogs!! and Karratha Soggidog (thanks Mum for the name) was
born.

Now in its fifth year of operation, Soggidog has become a
successful business and is well known in Karratha for quality
friendly and proffesional service. Many Pilbara dogs are now
tick free thanks to Karratha Soggidog.
